Terms and Conditions

• Quote your Sindbad number while booking online.
• Car rentals must be in the name of the Sindbad member.
• Please note that you can earn miles only using this link.
• Please retain copies of your original receipts until the miles have been posted in your Sindbad account.
• Miles will be earned only for online payments to CarTrawler.
• Miles will not be earned in the following cases:
• Purchase of extra items at the location such as GPS, Child seats and additional insurances.
• Payment of one-way fee, in case the customer drops off the car in a different location from the designated drop off location.
• Payment of ‘out of hours’ fee in case the customer picks up the car out of office hours.
• Payment of delivery fees, payable in case the customer’s car is delivered to a different location from the supplier location.
• Only claims made within 6 months of the car rental date will be accepted.
• If miles do not appear on your account within 6 weeks of the rental, please write to sindbad@omanair.com
