• Sindbad members will earn miles for stays reservation made for themselves on www.booking.com/omanair.
• Enter your Sindbad number at the time of booking in order for your miles to be credited to your account.
• Bookings made directly on Booking.com website or app will not earn any Sindbad miles.
• Miles earned will be credited within 6 to 8 weeks of check out.
• If miles do not appear in your account within 4 weeks of your stay, please contact Booking.com on customer.service@booking.com for assistance.
• If Sindbad miles for your stay are not credited to your Sindbad even after 4 weeks of your stay, miles can be claimed by completing the online claim miles form.
• Sindbad members who have booked a non-refundable stay but have either canceled it or failed to check-in at the hotel will be charged for the room and will not earn Sindbad miles.
• The hotel prices and Sindbad miles quoted are dynamic and subject to change. Prices and Sindbad miles quoted at the time of booking are correct.
