• This benefit is open to Sindbad members who are also enrolled in the Nojoom programme.
• Nojoom points converted to Sindbad Miles will be added within 48 working hours to your Sindbad account.
• To ensure Sindbad Miles are credited to your Sindbad account, make sure that you provide the correct name and Sindbad number during the registration process where your name in the Nojoom account must match with your name on your Sindbad account.
• Please allow at least 1 week from your date of request for the Miles to be shown on your Sindbad account.
• Once your Nojoom points have successfully been converted into Sindbad, those Miles cannot be converted back to Nojoom points.
• Ooredoo is not responsible for the use of Miles once Nojoom points are converted to Sindbad Miles.
